Vermont Farmstead Cheese has taken their wildly popular Maple Cheddar, and added some bacon goodness to it! Not only sweet and savory, but now a bit smoky and salty, our delicious new flavor is exciting taste buds everywhere! It starts as cheddar made with raw whole milk from our cows and then aged to perfection. The curd is milled then mixed with local Vermont pure maple cream, and just a bit of real bacon. The result is perfectly balanced - not too sweet, not too smoky, not too salty - and very addictive.
